Privacy notice

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to inform visitors to the NOAHARES website (noahares.com) about how their personal data is handled.

What data does this site process?
The site does not ask for or collect any personal data such as names, email addresses or form entries. There is no sign-up, comment, contact form or account on the site.
Fonts, the 3D library and all images are served from the site’s own server. No third-party services such as Google Fonts, analytics, advertising or social media plug-ins are used, so your IP address is not passed to any other company.
The server hosting the site may keep access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information) for technical operation and security. These logs are processed on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f), are used only to detect faults and attacks, are not shared with anyone and are deleted after a reasonable period.

Transfers
Apart from the server logs described above, no personal data is processed, so nothing is transferred domestically or abroad. Server logs are disclosed only to competent public authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
- learn who it is transferred to, in Türkiye or abroad,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7,
- request that corrections, erasures and destructions be notified to third parties,
- object to a result that is to your detriment and arises solely from automated analysis,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Applications may be made in writing to the address above, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. They are answered within 30 days at the latest. For questions you can also write to privacy@noahares.com.
